Motion Blur
The assignment was to record “motion blur.” I sorta got it, but not to my liking. Most of the horse and rider are in focus, the motion can be seen in the background. They were moving pretty fast!
Last One In
At the end of the #GreatAmericanHorseDrive the horses were let loose in the pasture. This poor old guy was enjoying the moment of being “home” finally and in no hurry to race up the hillside where the herd had gone minutes before.
Chalk
Memorial weekend is the time for many festivals. The Denver Chalk Art Festival is one that provides many amazing scenes. Hope you got to enjoy it as much as I did!

Colorful Morning
This weekend the town of Erie had a balloon festival. I was able to attend this morning, bright and early. It was a beautiful, colorful morning! BTW that is Longs Peak in the background.
My Friend Thor
My friend Thor, is a wolf! He resides at the Rocky Mountain Wildlife Foundation in Guffey, Colorado. If you are looking for a unique experience, go visit. We had a special arrangement where they took us into the pens so we could photograph these amazing animals. Thor likes to stand on his hind legs while placing his front legs on your shoulders and give you kisses, all over your face!

Denver Pow Wow
Each year Native American meet at the Coliseum in Denver for a Pow Wow. I must say, it was very inspiring and entertaining. The drums pounded and the Natives danced. As you can see here the colors were wonderful.
