Lucky me got a brief tour of the inside of the Capitol Building. I couldn’t resist shooting the dome and a few pictures of the quilts on display.

Unicycle
One spectacular Sunday afternoon last winter, as we were strolling around Washington Park, we came across this gentleman and his friends. We, along with many others were entertained and amazed.
Denver's D & F Tower
The D & F Clock Tower is where I shot the inside of the clock. I was also able to climb the stairs and view the city from the balcony above the clock. It was a fun activity on a chilly spring day in Denver.
Inside Looking Out
Here’s a sight we seldom see, looking out the face of the clock tower. Yes, this is the D & F Tower from the inside. Each year the Open Doors Denver event allows the public to climb to the tower. Viewing this clock is only part of the treat, the view from the 2oth Floor is spectacular!
Midnight Blues
Shooting at night is one of my most favorite things to do. I love the action, the colors and the forgiving way it makes everything look.
Footbridge to Downtown Denver
The footbridge to Denver connects NW Denver to the 16th Street Mall. Cross over this bridge and you are walking over I-25! Continue walking to the Millenium Bridge than you can catch the Free Bus on the Mall to get to the other side of Denver. What a great way to see the city and get some exercise.
Ellie Caulkins Opera House
The Ellie Caulkins Opera House is a mixture of old and new. From the outside the restored facade is old but come inside and the interior is bright and bold with fabulous angles and modern lines.
Antique Gold & Aquamarine Chandelier
Located in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House this lovely Chandelier is visible in the lobby. When visiting the Denver Performing Arts Complex be sure to take a peek!
